Jaime Masotti has been a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 2008. She emphasizes understanding the unique situation of each individual and is experienced working as an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University and providing clinical services in public and private schools, hospital settings, and through telehealth. It is her mission to work together with clients to connect thoughts and feelings, with the goal of encouraging meaningful change.

Jaime uses a combination of collaborative techniques to help clients improve symptoms of mood disorders, resolve relationship problems, and cope with stress and life changes. Some of these techniques include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), in which clients learn to recognize and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, as well as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). 

Jaime focuses on cultivating a safe and welcoming environment to help clients work through their struggles. She commonly sees clients suffering from depression and anxiety and those experiencing major life transitions. She also helps people work through familial issues, such as raising children, caring for aging parents, or concerns with their spouse or partner.
