About Choose Your Way Therapy
In life, there are many circumstances that are out of our control. They may catch us off guard and knock us down hard. When we feel at a loss, we are challenged to search for what can be controlled. Viktor Frankl, a pioneer in the field of psychotherapy, was an Austrian holocaust survivor. In his words, you have the ability to choose your way. Through therapy, we will work together to build a toolbox of strategies for you to use when you’re navigating your way.
